To remove a CPU water cooler if installed in the unit, first remove the side cover. Detach the CPU fan and pump fan connectors from the motherboard. Detach the four hex screws that secure the water cooler fan to the top of the unit.
A hex wrench is provided in the toolbox at the front of the unit if a tool is needed. To access the tool partially or fully remove the Voodoo cover. And pull out the wrench from its slot on the toolbox.
After loosening the fans screws carefully placed the top fan in the unit as you work with the rest of the water cooling assembly. Loosen the fork captured Phillips number two thumb screws that secure the pump fan over the CPU in the order indicated by the stencils on the pump.
Carefully pull the CPU water cooler out of the PC. Clean the grease from the microprocessor. Clean the grease from the CPU water cooler you will be reinstalling the same CPU water cooler later. To install a CPU water cooler into the PC, first apply thermal grease or thermal pad to the CPU.
Carefully position the CPU water cooler over the CPU. Tighten the four Phillips number two thumb screws in the order indicated by the stencils on the pump to secure the pump fan over the CPU. Position the water cooler fan at the top of the unit.
Secure the fan to the top of the unit with its four hex screws. Reattach the CPU fan and pump fan connectors to the motherboard. If the included wrench tool was used for the hex screws replaced the wrench into its slot in the toolbox.
Replace the Voodoo cover over the toolbox.
